Call 410-929-4845
Do I receive my certification card the same day?

Yes. After you successfully complete your course requirements, your certification card is issued the same day.

How do I know whether I need an initial or renewal course?

Choose a renewal course if you currently hold the same unexpired provider certification. If your card has expired or this is your first course, choose the initial option. Call us if you are unsure—we will help you choose correctly.

Where are classes held?

Small-group classes are available in the Abingdon area. We also offer on-site training throughout Harford County for businesses, schools, healthcare teams, and organized groups.

Can you train our staff at our location?

Yes. On-site classes are available for groups. We can help you select the right course, plan session times, and coordinate training around your team’s schedule.

Is there anything I need to complete before ACLS or PALS?

Initial and renewal ACLS or PALS courses may require current course materials and completion of the applicable precourse work. We will send your exact preparation instructions when your seat is confirmed.
